Join our team, U of C Faculty of Nursing, and over 40,000 other Canadians in support of the World Partnership Walk taking place on Sunday, June 16, 2019, at 9:45 am, Prince's Island Park. This is your chance to make a difference in the lives of people living in some of the poorest parts of the world.
The Walk is an initiative of Aga Khan Foundation Canada, an innovative, effective, and highly regarded charity dedicated to providing impact-driven, sustainable solutions to poverty on a global scale. The funds raised support the education of students of all ages, empower women to lead, provide sustainable access to nutritious food, and bring healthcare to expecting mothers and newborns.
Step forward, come together, and help end global poverty. Join your coworkers and invite friends and family to join our team on walk day. It is a family-friendly event including team games and team pictures
The funds we raise as a team will support programs that help millions of people in Africa and Asia lift themselves out of poverty and unlock their potential to build a better life.
With your support, together we can unlock opportunities for individuals around the world!
